We at theexamhelper.com understand that students may occasionally need to request refunds for course materials purchased on our website. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund policy that protects both our donors, customers and our business.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested by customers within 24 hours of purchasing a course materials solution. To be eligible for a refund, donors or customers must provide a valid reason for the request, such as the inability to access the materials or the materials not meeting their expectations. Refunds will not be provided for any courses that have been accessed, completed or for which a certificate has been issued.

Refund Process

Once the request is received, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. If the request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for any courses that have been accessed, completed or for which a certificate has been issued. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for any materials that have been downloaded or accessed by the customer. Refunds may also be denied if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
